On the day of atonement, forgiveness for the sins of all the people was signified by the sprinkling of blood on the mercy seat in the Holy of Holies in the tabernacle. This offering included a young bull, one ram, and seven lambs, without blemish. They were to also offer the regular offerings.
At the feast of tabernacles, there were multiple bulls and other animals offered. Each day they were to offer one less bull, except for a few days. On the 8th day, the Israelites were to have a sacred assembly, doing no regular work.
As stated yesterday, the feasts were for the commemoration of the miracles and blessings of God, the deliverance from Egypt, the Passover, the harvests, the weeks from Passover to Pentecost, etc. Each of these moments of celebration were to be markers and memories. When God makes a mark in your life, register a very real memory to come back to in times of crisis or need.
