Preached by Dr. Greg Sloop at the Kannapolis Church of God on Sunday, January 26, 2025

Abraham was called a friend of God.
He obeyed God in spite of the odds against him.
In Genesis 15:6, God said that Abraham believed, and God accounted it to him as righteousness.
This very statement is quoted by New Testament writers in Romans 4 (twice), Galatians 3, and James 2.
Will we be found righteous?
Will God account us right when He comes.
It is not enough to go to church or even to contribute. Those are basic things that a Christian must do. But what we do should be a byproduct of who we are. Do we believe?
We will give account for our words, our works, our diligence, obedience, knowledge of the things of God, and even our thoughts. But, in the end, do we believe?
If we believe, we will have right doctrine, right talk, right actions, and right service Into God.
Will you believe?
