Who Was At the Beginning
The Beginning God
Genesis 1:1–5 (NKJV) In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. 3 Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day.
John 1:1–2 (NKJV) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God.
Revelation 1:8 (NKJV) “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
Beginning of Knowledge & Wisdom
Proverbs 1:7 (NKJV). The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Proverbs 9:10 (NKJV). “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
A New Beginning of the Heart
Ezekiel 36:26–27 (NKJV) I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.
A New Beginning of Methodology
Mark 2:21–22 (NKJV) No one sews a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; or else the new piece pulls away from the old, and the tear is made worse. 22 And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; or else the new wine bursts the wineskins, the wine is spilled, and the wineskins are ruined. But new wine must be put into new wineskins.”
Jesus Made Everything New & Gave a New Beginning
Luke 22:20 (NKJV) Likewise He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.
John 13:34–35 (NKJV) A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Prayer of Hope for a New Beginning
Isaiah 43:1–2 (NKJV) But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.
2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.
