- Lord, help me to always live a life of righteousness, shunning the evil of those who live in sin.
- I want to make my dwelling with You, meditating on Your word and living in obedience to Your will.
- You will lift up those who love You and serve You.
- The unrighteous will perish.
- I long for You and You alone!
- I cannot understand the actions of the ungodly!
- They plot against You and Your kingdom and Your people.
- Why do they come against You with such rage and rebellion?
- I know You rule over all in heaven, and Your Son is the King of all the earth.
- You will rule and reign over all, even Your enemies.
- Help me, Lord, to always serve and live for You. Help me to honor You in all I do, for You are the King.
- I know I am blessed, because I trust in You!
- My enemies are many, and they trouble me, trying to make me doubt Your ability to help me.
- But Thou, O Lord, art a shield for me, My Glory and the Lifter of my head!
- I cry to You and You hear me.
- I can sleep and not be afraid. I will not fear even if a multitude comes against me.
- Arise, O Lord and saveme. Salvation belongs to the Lord!
- You have relieved me in my distress. Have mercy on me today.
- Why do my enemies seek to shame me? How long will they continue?
- I know You have set me apart, Lord. You keep me in the midst of trouble.
- Therefore, I will be angry at times, but I will not sin. Help me to control my emotions in the midst of the battle.
- I will trust You!
- Let the nations doubt You, but I will be glad.
- You lift up my countenance and give me peaceful rest.
- You, Lord, and You alone, make me safe and give me peace.
Thank You Lord, for Your holy and strong defense of my life. In response, I will serve You, trust You, and live for You. Help me when I am weak. Hear me when I call. Rescue me when I am in danger. Give me peace in the midst of my storms. You are my Shield!
