12 Blessed is the man whom You instruct, O LORD,
And teach out of Your law,
13 That You may give him rest from the days of adversity,
Until the pit is dug for the wicked.
14 For the LORD will not cast off His people,
Nor will He forsake His inheritance.
15 But judgment will return to righteousness,
And all the upright in heart will follow it.
- Lord, bless me with Your instruction. Give me the bread of life, that I may partake of You.
- Teach me Your ways, Your laws, Your decrees. I will become a willing learner.
- Let me apply Your precepts to my life so that I will avoid much adversity.
- Let me escape the snares of my enemy until the day they pursue me no more.
- Lord, I know that You are faithful, and You do not forsake me.
- You have treasures stored up for me in the life to come in heaven.
- Remind me of Your righteous ways and keep my heart clean and pure.
- In Your light I will walk and in Your ways I know that I will be blessed!
